Youth Employment Partnership

Youth Employment Partnership (YEP) employs Oakland’s youth and young adults impacted by poverty, foster care, and the criminal justice system in its cafes and construction social enterprises to improve participants’ employment and educational outcomes. The REDF grant was used to fund capital purchases for YEP’s construction pre-apprenticeship program.
