Emma’s Torch

Emma’s Torch is a nonprofit social enterprise based in New York City and Washington D.C., with a mission to provide culinary arts training to refugees, asylees, and survivors of human trafficking, and to empower them to build meaningful careers. Emma’s Torch students participate in a full-time, paid culinary training program; the organization runs a restaurant, cafe, and catering social enterprises.
