The Los Angeles Regional Initiative for Social Enterprise (LA:RISE) connects the City and County of Los Angeles workforce agencies with employment social enterprises to ensure that Angelenos who are or have been homeless have access to the jobs, training, and support they need to succeed in the workforce.
