Urban Alchemy

Urban Alchemy operates a variety of employment social enterprises across the cities of San Francisco and Los Angeles that hire and provide training to residents facing multiple barriers to employment, including histories of incarceration and homelessness. From servicing BART elevators to litter reduction services, these enterprises keep local communities, parks, and public transportation clean and safe. REDF’s grant will be used for internal capacity building.
