The Town Kitchen

The Town Kitchen is a social enterprise in Oakland, CA that delivers chef-crafted lunches to customers. They employ systems-impacted youth with fair-wage employment, entrepreneurial training, and access to college course credit. REDF supported them in providing additional staff capacity for increasing their programmatic offerings in the enterprise.
