Taller San Jose: Hope Builders

Taller San Jose provides Orange County’s most disadvantaged youth the life skills and job training needed to achieve enduring personal and professional success. Their social enterprise, Hope Builders, provides work experience in the construction industry that fast tracks them to living-wage employment. REDF helped Taller San Jose relaunch the core business model for Hope Builders and provided strategic services so that Taller San Jose could expand its enterprise revenue and capacity for employment.
