Opportunity Construction is a Black owned and led, for-profit employment social enterprise that specializes in highway and bridge construction. A $200k loan from RIIF supports the acquisition of two female-only sober living homes that, along with other rental properties in its portfolio, will house at least 20 individuals employed by Opportunity Construction annually.
We’re Hiring! Senior Loan Associate
We’re seeking a Senior Loan Associate to support the loan originations function by managing the underwriting for our loans. Deep financial analysis, cash flow projections, risk identification/mitigation, and appropriate loan structuring are all core aspects of the role. We are looking for someone with 4-6 years relevant work experience in small business finance, community development finance, or impact lending and who’s committed to bringing a DEI lens into the loan underwriting and credit risk assessment process.
