UpSpire

UpSpire was founded in 2016 by Presbyterian Night Shelter to reduce and remove the obstacles that prevent individuals experiencing barriers, including homelessness, from meaningful employment in Fort Worth, Texas. Specializing in professional service companies, UpSpire offers commercial janitorial, landscape, litter abatement, and staffing services. In 2020, UpSpire paid $2.12 million in wages to enterprise staff, moved 52 employees out of homelessness, and graduated 102 employees into higher-paying jobs.
