Unloop

Unloop believes that given access to a coding education and a network of support, people who’ve been justice-involved can succeed in the tech industry, break the cycles of incarceration for their families, and become leaders in their communities.  They provide year-long intensive web development training in prison — with integrated professional development curriculum — and build a community of supportive employers, educators, and individuals on the outside to create opportunities for their students upon their release. REDF supported their data management and tracking, as well as their employee support services.
