Transitions – Mental Health Association / Growing Grounds

Transitions – Mental Health Association is based in San Luis Obispo, CA, and provides housing, community, support, and work to people with mental illness. They operate a social enterprise that includes a wholesale nursery, a farm, and a retail store; all are “Growing Grounds.” REDF provided support to help purchase equipment that increases production capacity.
