Rosebud Coffee

Rosebud Coffee is an employment social enterprise café, operated by Rose City Coffee, that employs and empowers opportunity youth to run a coffee shop. In addition to on-the-job training, Rosebud Coffee operates a volunteer mentoring program and soft skills training to ensure their youth succeed in the competitive job market. REDF supported the purchase of additional equipment and expansion to a second café location.
