Rising Sun Energy Center

California Youth Energy Services (CYES), a social enterprise of Rising Sun Energy Center, employs youth to deliver energy efficiency and water conservation services to Northern California residents and prepares participants for further career success. The REDF grant supported the enhancement of the CYES program in Stockton, including a demographic focus on opportunity youth and increased career exploration and exposure in green STEM fields.
