Rise Up Industries operates an advanced manufacturing employment social enterprise for formerly gang involved individuals recently released from incarceration. Modeled after Homeboy Industries in Los Angeles, RiseUp offers a long-term, comprehensive program including 18 months of full-time employment and wraparound services.
