Rebel Nell

Rebel Nell exists to provide employment and empowerment opportunities for women transitioning out of homelessness in Detroit. They create one-of-a-kind pieces of jewelry by repurposing layers of fallen graffiti paint. REDF funded a consultant to help Rebel Nell redesign their programs to serve more women through transitional employment.
