Wrigley Coffee is committed to creating opportunities and supporting individuals from diverse lived experiences. We provide workforce development for individuals facing barriers, such as poverty, homelessness, inexperience, and limited education. Everyone deserves an opportunity to be uplifted and given space to grow as skilled leaders. Participants receive career coaching and training and develop hands-on skills as baristas working in the food industry in a trauma-informed workspace. We provide ongoing mentoring and resources for mental health and networking opportunities to increase access and a sense of belonging.
