Conservation Corps North Bay
Conservation Corps North Bay (CCNB) is a paid job training program helping young adults navigate barriers to achieving their career goals while providing services to the environment and community in Marin and Sonoma. Corpsmembers at CCNB simultaneously earn a paycheck, work toward their diploma, and receive supportive services, preparing them to enter a living-wage career.
In 2025, CCNB secured a $450,000 bridge loan from RIIF’s Growth & Mobility Fund to complete construction of its Santa Rosa facility while awaiting grant reimbursements. The expanded site will fuel CCNB’s Zero Waste operations, open new contract opportunities, and create more paid job training pathways for opportunity youth in Sonoma County.
