HomeRise’s (formerly Community Housing Partnership) mission is to help people who are experiencing homelessness secure housing and become self-sufficient. HomeRise is an outcomes-focused nonprofit that fulfills its mission by developing and managing high quality supportive housing and providing services to individuals experiencing homelessness, seniors, and families to help them rebuild their lives and break the cycle of homelessness. Once stably housed, clients can begin rebuilding other parts of their lives, including employment. HomeRise partnered with REDF to design and launch Solutions SF, a social enterprise dedicated to workforce development and job placement for graduates of our training programs. HomeRise is located in San Francisco, California.
