Bridgeways’ mission is to provide services that promote quality-of-life for individuals who live with mental illness in a manner that facilitates growth, independence, and a sense of community. Their manufacturing operation is run as an employment social enterprise, providing an array of job opportunities in an accessible, supportive environment.
