Blue Sky Café and Bakery

Blue Sky Café and Bakery is a café, bakery, and catering social enterprise. In addition to operating the café, they also host private events. Blue Sky Café and Bakery’s program prepares opportunity youth for mainstream work by providing training and employment in a food service environment. REDF provided support for Blue Sky Café and Bakery to increase wages and implement additional programming.
