As an autistic-majority company, Auticon is a resource for talent and helps companies become a destination for neurodivergent talent. As a resource for talent, Auticon integrates their technologists into client companies as consultants or contract-to-hire employees, performing as software developers, data analysts, QA engineers, and more. Through Auticon’s neuroinclusion services, clients receive access to a complete suite of neuroinclusion services designed to raise the standards for inclusion, provide the needed support, and create a place where neurodivergent employees feel they belong.
