Archdiocesan Youth Employment Services

For more than half a century, AYE has consistently provided educational and social-emotional support, job training and workforce development programs, serving more than 2,300 disconnected youth throughout Los Angeles City and County in 2017. Through our network of AJCC’s, YouthSource, and WorkSource and programs like LARCA, LA:RISE, YouthBuild, Youth@Work, etc. AYE helps prepare disconnected populations for America’s future workforce by “Building Bridges to Success.
