AlliedUP is a national healthcare staffing firm founded with a mission to create a transformational work model and supportive allied healthcare positions such as medical assistants, phlebotomists, and vocational registered nurses. In 2022, an initial $500k line of credit from RIIF was given to bridge a cash flow gap between the organization’s payroll liabilities and receivables, allowing them to employ 40-50 people during the 1-year loan term.

In 2023, a second $500K line of credit, guaranteed through the CA Small Business Loan Guarantee Program, was extended to bridge timing between payroll obligations and accounts receivable. Loan proceeds will be used to grow their coaching program, expand their customer base, and hire more people breaking through employment barriers
