Trini Rios Manager, Growth Portfolio As a Growth Portfolio Manager, Trini collaborates with growth-stage employment social enterprises and their teams to help them achieve both mission and business goals. From program design to operations support, she provides customized advisory support so that they can train and employ more people facing barriers to employment. Before joining the Growth Portfolio team, Trini worked on the LA:RISE program, fostering relationships with LA:RISE service providers, managing program data, and developing the LA:RISE learning community. She enjoys building relationships with social enterprise leaders and supporting their work to transform lives and strengthen communities. Drawn to innovative, interdisciplinary approaches to social impact, Trini previously worked at an entertainment and sports agency, where she leveraged her background in the nonprofit space and the power of popular culture to provide philanthropic advising to clients. She holds a BA in Communication from the University of Southern California. As a native Angelino with a lot of pride in her city, Trini enjoys exploring the SoCal outdoors, particularly the beach, and taking full advantage of the cultural treasures LA has to offer.
