Stephen Downey Manager, Revenue Accounting & Compliance In his role as Manager of Revenue Accounting & Compliance, Stephen Downey provides fiscal stewardship over REDF’s grants, donations, and public sector contracts. He is proud to support the work of REDF and its social enterprise partners across the country to build a more inclusive society through employment. Prior to joining REDF, Stephen was the Director of Finance and Operations at OneJustice, a capacity-building organization for legal aid providers, where he oversaw human resources, finance, and operations. Stephen holds a BA from the University of California Berkeley and received a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the OneJustice Executive Fellowship Program. He plays the alto sax in the San Francisco Lesbian/Gay Freedom Band and also enjoys learning and playing new board games in his free time.
