As manager of Salesforce Administration, Steph optimizes the platform for hundreds of users, collaborating with internal teams to design and implement custom solutions and integrations that support REDF’s work with employment social enterprises and measure outcomes effectively. She takes pride in creating efficient automations, user-friendly interfaces, and improving data architecture and accuracy. Steph is driven by a passion for using technology to make a positive impact and is thrilled to support an organization dedicated to meaningful change for individuals and communities.

Prior to joining REDF, Steph spent over 15 years in the nonprofit sector, managing systems for program services, fundraising, and grant-making, and supporting organizations focused on homelessness, global poverty, and effective philanthropy. She began her career in engineering and consulting with roles at Hewlett-Packard and Deloitte Consulting.

Steph holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and has earned 17 Salesforce certifications. Based in Grand Junction, Colorado, Steph is an avid rock climber who loves exploring mountains throughout the Western U.S. and abroad. She is also passionate about dancing the Lindy Hop, practicing Spanish, and enjoys plant-based cooking.
