As a member of the Government Partnerships and Policy team, Stephanie supports the implementation of the CA RISE program, helping coordinate across different teams at REDF including Capacity Building, Growth Portfolio, and Government Partnerships & Policy. REDF is Stephanie’s introduction to the world of nonprofits and employment social enterprises. She is inspired by ESEs’ transformative impact on individuals, families, and communities and is excited to be part of a mission-driven organization like REDF that empowers and champions these businesses and leaders.
Prior to REDF, Stephanie was a senior tax accountant with over 15 years of client services experience with Fortune 500 companies and high net worth individuals. More recently, she conducted extensive research to identify the most vulnerable children and communities for the humanitarian organization World Vision. Following that role, Stephanie dove into the talent acquisition industry at Deloitte, where she found fulfillment in cultivating a positive experience for candidates.
Stephanie earned her B.S. in accounting from the University of Maryland. In her free time, you can find her traveling, enjoying a good meal (that she doesn’t have to cook), staying up watching movies/shows, or spending time with loved ones – especially animals.
