As Principal for REDF Community, Sean Tennerson oversees REDF’s partner services, including the annual Partner Retreat and ongoing network building support for social enterprise leaders. She believes deeply in the value of an inclusive economy that provides opportunities for everyone to fully participate and is inspired by the social enterprise leaders who break down barriers to employment each day.
Before joining REDF, Sean led community management at NationSwell, working with business and social impact leaders to develop strong networks and generate cross-sector solutions to social and environmental challenges. She also managed impact investing, social enterprise, and millennial civic engagement programs at the Case Foundation.
Outside of the office, Sean enjoys running, reading, crocheting, boxing, practicing French, and spending time with family, friends, and her dog Blue. Sean holds a B.A. in economics from the University of California at Berkeley.
