Sarah Burns Senior Manager, Growth Portfolio In her role on the Growth Portfolio team, Sarah supports a subset of portfolio grantees with customized coaching and technical assistance on topics ranging from growth strategy to organization design. Sarah returns to REDF after her time as a Farber Fellow in 2019, where she worked with Roca to develop an employer partnership strategy. Sarah deeply enjoys working with and learning from the incredible entrepreneurs in REDF’s network. Before joining the team, Sarah worked at the Boston Consulting Group, where she supported private companies, nonprofits, and impact investors operating at the intersection of workforce development and education. Sarah is a graduate of Princeton University and Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. She currently resides in Washington, DC, where she enjoys hiking with her dog and exploring the city’s best coffee.
