
Patricia is the director of finance and accounting at REDF, overseeing the organization’s financial operations, including financial reporting, public funding and grants, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. She brings a strong background in accounting, technology, and business, with over a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector. Passionate about financial transparency, Patricia excels at translating complex financial data into meaningful business insights.
Committed to improving the financial well-being of under-resourced communities, Patricia believes that access to robust financial resources directly impacts a community’s health and economic stability. Throughout her career, she has worked with nonprofit organizations dedicated to economic mobility via access to unrestricted cash investments, quality childcare, education, and career growth. She is excited to contribute to REDF’s mission of leveraging business to build a sustainable and thriving economy for communities facing various barriers.
Patricia holds a master’s degree in accounting from Saint Mary’s College of California, Moraga, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Nigeria. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family.
