Margo Muñoz is a senior associate on the Government Partnerships & Policy Team, where she serves as a relationship manager to LA:RISE’s partner employment social enterprises, Worksource Centers, and the City of Los Angeles Economic and Workforce Development Department (EWDD). She leverages her experience working in human services organizations to ensure all LA:RISE partners are successful in delivering jobs, training, and support to individuals who are or have experienced homelessness in Los Angeles County.
Previously, Margo worked at LA:RISE partner YWCA of Greater Los Angeles, Child360, KIPP Public School, and other Los Angeles-based nonprofit organizations to cultivate and sustain strategic partnerships and advocate for policies that promote equity. She also worked as a graduate intern for Assembly member Kamlager.
Margo received her master’s in social work with a focus on social change and innovation from the University of Southern California and her B.A. in communication from the University of California, San Diego. A movie buff, Margo enjoys watching a good film with her son and cat.
