Madhu Ramesh Senior Manager, Finance & Compliance As senior manager of finance and compliance, Madhu is responsible for payroll, accounts payable, cash reconciliation, and accounting close activities. She partners closely with her team to provide structure and support for REDF’s financial obligations and needs. Madhu’s professional career has focused on corporate accounting in industries that make a difference in people’s daily lives. She is inspired by REDF’s vision to accomplish “an economy that works. For everyone.” She holds an undergraduate degree from Madras University, Chennai, and is a certified CPA. Outside of work, Madhu reads and teaches scriptures in Sanskrit, spends time in her garden, and takes long walks in and around her hometown, Livermore. She shares, “The most beautiful and authentic Hindu Temple in the Bay Area is in our neighborhood – it’s my favorite place to rejuvenate and energize.”
