Lauren Jordan, experience manager and facilitator for the REDF Accelerator, is responsible for ensuring a cohesive, equitable, and enjoyable experience for each employment social enterprise leader who participates in the Accelerator program.
Lauren is passionate about working with social entrepreneurs and using her skill set to help others creating positive change in their communities. Before joining REDF, she taught youth social entrepreneurs at LearnServe International and coached education entrepreneurs at 4.0.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of Michigan, a master’s degree in higher education and student affairs from New York University, and a master’s in business administration from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. When not collaborating with social entrepreneurs, you can find Lauren reading, writing, doing improv comedy, playing board games, or traveling.
