Capacity Building Senior Manager Kristen Green manages REDF’s consultant pool along with the capacity building projects for three of REDFs programs. Most recently, Kristen has started overseeing the content and curriculum work that will provide employment social enterprises best practices, tools, templates, and resources.
She has a passion for providing capacity building to social enterprises, helping them achieve their long-term goals for both mission and business success. Prior to joining REDF, Kristen worked in operations at Chrysalis, a Los Angeles employment social enterprise. She also worked at Gronemeier & Associates, a law firm focusing on employee rights, managing their pro bono community work in the San Gabriel Valley.
Kristen received a B.A. in political science with a minor in urban studies from Loyola Marymount University. She also holds a M.S. in social entrepreneurship from University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business. In her free time, you can find Kristen reading, volunteering at her local animal rescue, or visiting the park with Ms. Lois, her beloved retired greyhound.
