Katie is a senior manager on the Capacity Building team, which provides operational and strategic technical assistance to REDF’s employment social enterprise partners. She is passionate about supporting ESEs in scaling their businesses and program models.

Katie returned to REDF after her time as a Farber Fellow in 2019. As a Farber, she partnered with REDF alum Center for Employment Opportunities (CEO) to further define and refine retention services. She also continued supporting CEO and REDF after her fellowship to support the Returning Citizen Stimulus program and build out the baseline assessment for ESEs.

Previously, Katie worked at Deloitte Consulting in the public sector and strategy practices. There, she focused on helping public, private, and nonprofit organizations with strategic and operational support. Katie also supported the criminal justice practice by supporting reimagining reentry programs, leading research into state criminal sentencing reform, and supporting second chance hiring strategies.

Katie holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She completed her B.S. in finance at University of Florida. Outside of REDF, you can find Katie hiking, bouldering, skiing, grilling, enjoying mountain lakes, and spending time with friends and family.
