As manager of Government Partnerships and Policy, Justin supports the connections of government and private partnerships with ESEs across the CA RISE program. These connections help fortify the long-term impact ESEs have on our most underresourced communities.
Justin joins the REDF team after leading the programs department at SupplyBank.org, where the team assessed and developed innovative ways to integrate basic material need distribution into the safety net across California. His background includes domestic and international workforce development program experience from his time in the Peace Corps and his efforts to strengthen pathways for some of the most vulnerable populations in Alameda County.
He holds an MBA from CSUEB College of Business and Economics and a bachelor’s in biomedical sciences from Western Michigan University. After work hours, you can find Justin running, hiking, and biking the beautiful hills around the Bay Area.
