Jo’Vion Greer VP, Development and Marketing Communications As Vice President of Development & Marketing/Communications Jo’Vion (JD) Greer brings deep development expertise that spans a variety of sectors, and an understanding of the key role that communications plays in building and maintaining strong supporter relationships. Prior to joining REDF, JD co-led development for a variety of non-profit organizations, including Red Cross of Greater New York, Catholic Charities of New York, and Seton University Law School. He also served as the Director of Community Development and Youth Programming for a faith-based non-profit. JD is inspired by the leaders of employment social enterprises and is excited to use his skills to support their vital work to help individuals overcome barriers to employment and build economic mobility. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida A&M University’s School of Business and Industry. When he’s not making a persuasive case for supporting REDF, he enjoys traveling, working out, singing, and spending time with family and friends.
