Jeff Bergquist Senior Director, Program Services As the Senior Director of Program Services, Jeff Bergquist oversees the capacity building and outreach support services for all REDF programs. In this capacity, Jeff supervises the delivery of technical assistance to REDF’s employment social enterprise partners, the Farber Fellows program, REDF’s network of expert and pro bono consultants, and new partner diligence and pipeline building. Since joining REDF in 2015, he has worked with a wide variety of social enterprises across the country on projects pertaining to business planning, program design, and operational support. Before joining REDF, Jeff worked at Bain & Company, and prior to that, taught 8th grade math through Teach For America. He has a BA and MBA from Stanford University, and a Master’s of Education from Arizona State. Born and raised in California, Jeff currently lives in New Haven with his wife and two children.
