Galiana Fajardo is a senior principal on REDF’s strategy team, where she serves as a subject matter expert in topics related to employment social enterprise (ESE) worker success and economic power. She oversees REDF’s advisory services focused on program design and worker success, supporting grantees and borrowers while developing tools and frameworks that practitioners can use to strengthen their own ESE models and organizations.

Previously, Galiana served as a senior portfolio manager, guiding due diligence of REDF’s flagship portfolio and providing coaching and support to various ESEs across the country. Before joining REDF, Galiana worked as a technical assistance provider to Bay Area organizations seeking to redesign social services with a human-centered approach.

Galiana holds a B.A. in international development from UC Berkeley and a master’s in business administration from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business. In her free time, Galiana enjoys eating ice cream and spending time with her family.
