Before REDF, Debbie was at Deloitte where she wore many hats — including advising clients on their customer experience strategies, shaping Deloitte’s social impact investment strategy and commitment to inclusive prosperity, and growing Deloitte’s skills-based volunteering program to empower professionals to grow personally and professionally while making a social impact. Outside of work, you’ll find Debbie traveling the world and enjoying good food with her husband and three girls. Debbie has a MBA from Duke and a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Maryland.
