Christin brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for cultivating growth and development in her role as senior manager of performance and talent development at REDF. With a diverse background spanning across various industries, Christin has honed her expertise in learning and development, organizational culture, and employee experience.
Prior to joining REDF, Christin served as a learning and development manager for a marketing and advertising agency, and lent her talents as an organizational culture and employee experience consultant to healthcare organizations nationwide. Christin has also taught leadership and organizational behavior at the collegiate level and has run her own small business. At REDF, Christin finds fulfillment not only in the autonomy and accountability her role affords but also in the tangible impact her work has on the lives of her colleagues and employees.
Christin’s home is bustling with life, housing her vibrant family including “two kids, three dogs, three cats, five chickens, my MIL, and a partridge in a pear tree — and we have three pear trees, actually.” Outside of work, she embraces her creative side and active lifestyle. A knitter for more than two decades and dedicated DIY enthusiast, she’s constantly engaged in home projects and gardening.
Christin holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Florida Atlantic University and a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Central Florida.
