Chelsea Oruche Senior Manager, Outreach Chelsea Oruche serves as Senior Manager Outreach, connecting employment social enterprises across the country to REDF programs that best fit their needs and goals. Chelsea is inspired by social enterprise’s ability to empower people who otherwise would be left behind to take charge of their lives and their futures. Prior to joining REDF, Chelsea worked in education reform and corporate social responsibility. She also spent two years living and working in El Salvador as a Community Development Specialist in The Peace Corps. Outside of the office, you can find Chelsea planning adventures in Los Angeles and abroad. Chelsea graduated from CSU, Chico with a BA in International Relations and received her Masters of Public Administration from the University of Southern California.
