Alyshah Aziz Manager, Growth Portfolio As a Growth Portfolio manager, Alyshah supports a subset of portfolio grantees with tailored technical assistance to achieve their current mission and business goals. She collaborates closely with these grantees, serving as both a partner and advisor, to scale their businesses and amplify impact. Alyshah is driven to support organizations navigate their unique paths towards success, all while keeping a eye on the bigger picture of building an inclusive economy. Before joining the team, Alyshah held roles as a director at Jobs for the Future (JFF) and senior consultant at Deloitte Consulting LLP. At JFF, she focused on driving systems-level innovation in education, workforce development, and poverty alleviation at international, federal, state, and local levels. During her time at Deloitte, Alyshah managed and led projects for government agencies, public services clients, and both domestic and international nonprofits. Outside of work, Alyshah enjoys road trips, hosting cookbook clubs, and practicing yoga (RYT-200). Alyshah earned her Bachelor of Arts in Politics & International Affairs from Wake Forest University.
