Comprenew, a nonprofit electronics recycling organization, employs individuals with barriers to work and provides job training in recycling, refurbishment, and data security. Loan proceeds were used to fund Comprenew’s investment in new staff and working capital. These investments resulted in sustainable revenue growth, yielding new employment opportunities for individuals with barriers to work.
