San Francisco Conservation Corps

San Francisco Conservation Corps (SFCC) motivates and connects youth with inspiring work, quality education, and a better future. Youth work on landscaping, recycling, playground renovation, and community education projects that enhance the environment. REDF worked with SFCC to provide agency-level strategic planning, performance management, and conduct feasibility studies of their recycling enterprise. A project grant supported the growth of SFCC’s social enterprise and bolstered its job training program to align with in-demand jobs.
