Goodwill of San Francisco, San Mateo and Marin

Through the operation of 19 retail stores, 25 donation sites, and an e-commerce business, Goodwill of San Francisco, San Mateo and Marin provides job placement services and structured on-the-job training for youth, seniors, veterans, and people with disabilities and criminal backgrounds. REDF supported Goodwill’s joint venture staffing enterprise through strategic consulting services. A previous REDF grant supported the pilot and evaluation of a training program for retail career pathways. REDF’s current grant is in partnership with The San Francisco Foundation. Goodwill of San Francisco, San Mateo and Marin is a former Portfolio grantee.
