This holiday season, we’re delighted to share an exciting new way to support the employment social enterprise movement: the Good Works Collection holiday gift box!

The Good Works Collection is a collaboration of businesses in the Product Affinity Group within our Community, a national network of 200+ employment social enterprises creating jobs and economic mobility for overlooked talent.

The Good Works Collection brings together 10 beautifully crafted products from 10 states, each one handmade by a person reentering the workforce and building new opportunities.

Bright Endeavors, a social enterprise of Chicago-based New Moms, engages young moms in a paid job training program where they learn skills, gain confidence, and forge career paths.

GreenIsland Bakery supports individuals recovering from traumatic experiences with workforce training that combines positive psychology coaching and baking training as a therapeutic intervention.
