Since 1997, REDF has welcomed more than 200 Farber Fellows, and this summer, we’re excited to introduce 16 more!

These early-career leaders — primarily MBA and other graduate degree students — were selected from a record-breaking 348 applicants. Over the next several weeks, they’ll dive into some of the most strategic and high-impact projects across our employment social enterprise (ESE) network.

Some will work one on one with ESEs in our community, while others will support several ESEs at once, contributing to broader initiatives like the California Regional Initiative for Social Enterprise, Growth Portfolio’s Upskilling cohort, and our Employer Partnerships Affinity Group. Each fellow brings curiosity, expertise, and a deep commitment to advancing inclusive employment.

Get to know a little more about this year’s cohort of Farbers and their program locations below, and stay tuned for more on these social impact leaders and their projects!
