Launched in 2024 to expand REDF Impact Investing Fund’s (RIIF) product offerings, RIIF Capital, LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of RIIF. Multiple impact-first funds are now housed within RIIF Capital and managed by the RIIF team.
Each fund within RIIF Capital has specific product offerings based on the needs of the businesses and communities it serves. Offerings can span from adjustable term loans to revenue-base finance to preferred equity – all with the intent to be as catalytic and impactful as possible. By offering a wider range of options, funds within RIIF Capital suit the diverse capital needs of growing employment social enterprises and businesses.
From underwriting to portfolio management, RIIF Capital’s high-touch partnership builds creditworthiness and demonstrates how flexible offerings, combined with support provided by our in-house capacity building team, can strengthen business performance and attract new sources of capital to the field.
