The Trade Institute of Pittsburgh (TIP) Social Enterprise (TIPX) offers time-limited, paid work experience to graduates from the 11-week masonry program who are not quite ready to enter the workforce. Under the guidance of the TIPX Director, these individuals have the opportunity to work in the field on a variety of construction projects ranging from demos and cleanouts to full residential renovations while overcoming any other barriers they may face.
