Melinda Mann Stewardship and Major Gifts Melinda Mann brings expertise in donor stewardship and major gift fundraising to help REDF grow and diversify its funding base. Prior to joining REDF, she led efforts to deepen support for civil legal aid in Washington State through both annual and endowment fundraising, creating a culture of philanthropy that retained donors and increased revenue. She believes that mindful philanthropy can be a powerful tool in the effort to reform unjust systems. Melinda is the parent of two fully launched adult children, a northwest native who loves hiking in the Olympics and Cascade Mountains, a coffee devotee and stress-release baker, and someone who remains forever hopeful that the Seattle Mariners will make it into the World Series in her lifetime.
